The Wharfedale Pro MP2800S is a high-performance Class-AB power amplifier, delivering 2 × 950 W at 4 Ω and up to 2800 W in bridged mode. The MP Series offers complete protection for your valuable PA equipment. Sophisticated protection circuitry includes soft start protection relay, thermal overload protection, short circuit protection, and open circuit protection. The displays also keep the sound engineer well informed with peak and protect LEDs. The high-performance beasts that make up the MP Series are ready to exceed expectations in the most demanding live sound and installation environments. Stereo & Bridge efficiency

The MP2800s will work efficiently in stereo and bridge modes. The amplifiers also run down to 2 Ohms safely in stereo mode (1400W per channel), which means that the amplifiers can be used for a multitude of setups. Use in bridge mode with an individual high-powered subwoofer or use a single MP2800S to power multiple speakers equally.

New FRT Circuitry

With a high slew rate across the MP Series, each amp reacts quickly to drive your loudspeakers as clearly and accurately as possible. Newly developed FRT or ‘fast reaction technology’ in the ‘s’ models creates an even faster low frequency response, assuring the MP2800S does not miss a beat during performance.
