Wharfedale Pro K6015

The Wharfedale Pro K6015 features low-frequency transducers engineered for minimal distortion, utilizing high-efficiency ferrite magnets with integrated aluminum demodulation rings to ensure optimal heat dissipation during extended use. High-frequency reproduction is delivered via a 1.75" voice coil compression driver, incorporating a polyethylene (PE) diaphragm designed to maximize vocal clarity and articulation, particularly in enclosed environments. This HF driver is mounted on a 70° x 70° waveguide, delivering consistent and smooth dispersion across both horizontal and vertical axes. The cabinet is precision-crafted from premium 15 mm multi-layer birch plywood and finished with a durable, black, wear-resistant coating. Its trapezoidal enclosure design enhances sound projection and allows for flexible placement, while dual Neutrik speakON NL4MP connectors provide secure and reliable signal connectivity.

Designed with installation flexibility in mind, the Wharfedale Pro K6015 features 13 M8 threaded suspension points along with 6 additional M8 points in a 100 mm configuration, allowing for easy mounting at virtually any angle. The robust hexagonal steel front grille, backed with acoustic foam lining, offers superior protection against dust and insects—ensuring long-term reliability in demanding environments. The rotatable Wharfedale Pro logo on the front grille adds a touch of professional polish, maintaining a sleek, aligned appearance regardless of speaker orientation. HF compression driver

The HF compression driver is specifically made to give vocals a sense of space and air. The polyethylene diaphragm material delivers a crispness to high frequencies—without becoming 'harsh.' In addition, the large 1.75" HF voice coil ensures consistent HF power delivery with efficient cooling. All K series models feature the 70° x 70° rounded waveguide.

Rear ports

Carefully tuned rear ports allow a K-series loudspeaker to deliver smooth mid-low frequencies that can usually only be heard from loudspeakers with a larger cabinet size. When positioned either near a wall or in a corner of a room, these ports help to enhance the lower frequencies, even at low volume.
