Chubbsafes Primus Grade 1 Model 140, Burglary & Fire Resistant Safe, Electronic Lock

The Chubbsafes Primus combines fire and burglar resistance in a single unit, offering the best of both worlds when it comes to protecting your cash and valuables. Certified to the Eurograde I security standard by the experts at the ECB-S, the Primus range is also fully AiS Approved. The ECB-S have also certified the Primus’s ability to withstand heat and flame, giving it a 30 minute rating under the EN 15659 standard. This makes it perfect for papers and documents.

Key and electronic locking models are available. Key lock models feature a Class A key lock, while the electronic lock is rated Class B and features a time delay. To assist installation, the door of the Deca can be removed, making its weight much more manageable, reducing it by a total of 15%. Once the door is back in place correctly, the safe offers full security once more. The range also features an escutcheon, which is an additional plate of steel around the lock, to ensure total protection.

• Grade 1 burglary protection certified by ECB.S in accordance with EN 1143-1

• Certified by ECB.S for 30 mins fire-resistance (EN 15659, LFS 30P) with the exception of the model 280. Certification for this model available from September 2015

• Door can be easily removed for installations via stairs reducing the overall weight by approximately 15%

• Fitted with either a Class A key lock or a Class B high-security electronic lock, approved in accordance with European standard EN 1300

• Supplied with shelf/shelves as standard

• Electronic lock has 2 users and a time delay feature

• Model 45 will accept certain sizes of laptop safe
