Design and Build

This UPS is engineered primarily in a tower form factor, offering flexibility in placement within office, commercial, or industrial environments. The unit has a compact footprint with dimensions approximately 438 mm (W) × 86.5 mm (H, 2U equivalent) × 436 mm (D) and a net weight near 9.3 kg.

The front panel includes an LCD display that provides real‑time status monitoring, including load, battery, and event information, facilitating easy local supervision of UPS performance.

Power, Performance, and Protection

The PowerValue 11T G2 uses online double‑conversion topology, which continuously rectifies input AC to DC and re‑inverts it to AC. This process delivers pure sine‑wave output and isolates the load from mains anomalies such as surges, sags, noise, and frequency variations.

The unit is rated for 1000 VA / 900 W output and has an output power factor of 0.9, which helps ensure efficient utilization of its power capacity.

Battery and Runtime

The UPS includes internal VRLA (valve‑regulated lead‑acid) batteries sized to deliver backup autonomy sufficient for short interruptions and orderly system shutdowns. Typical runtimes vary with load; one benchmark example indicates around 8 to 9 minutes at nominal load levels, allowing essential tasks to complete gracefully during outages.

Batteries are user‑replaceable, and the design supports connection to external battery modules (EBMs) when extended runtime is required, though EBMs must be ordered separately.
